Playing catch up... AGAIN!

We start off this session of blogging with a visit to a couple weeks ago and Lance's Easter party at school. They got to have a pizza lunch, play a few games and hunt eggs. Lance's teacher does very well with making everything even by letting the kids hunt and then she makes sure that each child has the same number of eggs in their basket when they leave school. Fun was had by all! Enjoying some yummy pizza!

Then we went to the Botanic Gardens near downtown Ft. Worth with our friends and it was absolutely gorgeous! We hung out in the rose garden and had a picnic lunch and it was a very nice afternoon. I HIGHLY recommend it!

We found a rose called "Cinco de Mayo" and since that's Manning's birthday, I had to have a picture of her next to it.

And, we fast forward to Manning's 2nd birthday! This was last night, she was enjoying her birthday cupcake. Yummy! The first of many to be had.
